ROOM AVAILABLE FOR RENT (furnished) Looking for a housemate. AVAILABLE NOW Furnished room (has a bed, desk, built in wardrobe, etc). Room is airconditioned. Share use of rest of house (kitchen, bathroom, lounge, laundary, etc). House has a lovely inground pool. Patio area outside. Onstreet parking (very quiet/safe street). Close to bus stop, also able to ride bike over the river on the foot/bike path to uni/hospital. Not far from Army/hospital/uni due to ring road. Housemate would need to be someone that wasn`t into partying, would really suit someone that likes a quiet, reliable and stable place to either come home from work, study, relax, etc. Preference is for non-smoker/non-drinker and someone that can live with a pet dog (very quiet also, but friendly). Also housemate would need to be respectful and help with sharing the cleaning of the shared areas and pay rent always 2 weeks in advance on time (via direct bank transfer). $140 per week NEG(inc electricity, with sensible use of airconditioning). No bond necessary, but shared costs if you need net/land line access. I own the house so no realestate hassels. Looking for medium to long term, but would consider short term.
